The new US Consulate General has the capacity to drive up the momentum of development activities in Eko Atlantic City
The new U.S. Consulate General is a 10-floor tower project located on 12.2 acres in Eko Atlantic City. Designed by Ennead Architects and Pernix Group as main contractors, the $537M mixed-use facility will offer 14,685 sqm of lettable space, highlighting sustainability strategies in its design and services and further boosting the development of the coast.
To further complement the existing residential and commercial developments in Eko Atlantic City, the new U.S. Consulate General has the ‘anchor project’ capacity to attract new investors and drive up the momentum of development activities within Eko Atlantic City. In what is set to be a demonstration of a Nigeria – United States relationship, the new Consulate, upon completion in 2027, will be the largest U.S. Consulate in the world, providing a haven for residents and workers in Eko Atlantic City.
