Q: Who can apply?
A: University graduates who meet the eligibility criteria and are passionate about building a career in real estate practice.
Q: What kind of training will I receive?
A: You will participate in a blend of classroom sessions, practical projects, job rotations, and mentorship opportunities.
Q: Will I be retained after the program?
A: There are two levels to our Graduate Trainee selection process: (1). A 6-week training program designed to equip trainees with essential skills to thrive in today’s business world. (2). A 6-month immersion program that combines classroom training and hands-on training through rotations across our business areas and special project assignments.
Only trainees that progress to and complete the 6-month immersion program will be retained in full-time positions.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Yes, applicants must be 27 years or younger at the time of application.
Q: Do I need prior work experience?
A: No. This program is designed for graduates with 0–2 years of work experience.
Q: What qualities are you looking for in candidates?
A: High levels of proficiency in written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, integrity, teamwork, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Q: Is there a stipend or salary during the program?
A: Yes, trainees will receive a stipend during the 6-week review training. Trainees selected for the 6-month immersion will receive a salary during the program.
