Tola Oyenekan is currently the Head of Research, responsible for coordinating research inputs and implementing strategic insights for project conceptualization and transaction structuring. Tola holds an undergraduate degree in Estate Management from Covenant University and a Master’s degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. His previous functions were as a Real estate analyst and associate in Northcourt Real Estate where he conducted physical data gathering and analysis of the real estate market across more than 20 States in Nigeria and other West African countries. He later became an Associate Director – Advisory and Research at Northcourt Real Estate before his resignation in 2022. Tola is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He is also a member of the Society of Property Researchers, UK. Tola enjoys traveling and reading.
