-  Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed to identify, train  and equip young, talented professionals with the skills, knowledge, and experience required for a successful career in real estate practice. 
The program combines structured training, job rotations across key business areas and functions, and special project assignments that ensure our values are inculcated, the fundamentals of our industry is understood, and the requisite technical and soft skills required to deliver exceptional service and succeed in their careers are developed.

Eligibility
Applicants who meet the following minimum criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Possess a minimum second-class degree from an accredited university
 - Not more than 27 years old at the time of application
 - Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
 - Have no more than 2 years post NYSC work experience
 - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Have exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
 - Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (word, excel, powerpoint), shared work platforms and other similar applications
 - Able to provide evidence of extracurricular, volunteer and other community-building activities

Q: Who can apply?
A: University graduates who meet the eligibility criteria and are passionate about building a career in real estate practice.
Q: What kind of training will I receive?
A: You will participate in a blend of classroom sessions, practical projects, job rotations, and mentorship opportunities.
Q: Will I be retained after the program?
A: There are two levels to our Graduate Trainee selection process: (1). A 6-week training program designed to equip trainees with essential skills to thrive in today’s business world.
(2). A 6-month immersion program that combines classroom training and hands-on training through rotations across our business areas and special project assignments.
Only trainees that progress to and complete the 6-month immersion program will be retained in full-time positions.
